Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all stays booked with Panorama Guesthouse. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
"Panorama Guesthouse" is the brand and trading name of the business. All bookings and purchases made under this name are considered transactions with Panorama Guesthouse.

Registration & Booking
2.1. Bookings for our guesthouse and surf packages can be made online via our website, Instagram, or by email.
2.2. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.3. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from the Organizer.

Payment Terms
3.1. To secure your booking, a 20% deposit must be paid to the Organizer's account. Any transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender/guest. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
3.2. The Organizer accepts payments in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
3.3. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR); conversions to other currencies are based on the current exchange rate. The Organizer is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates.
Payment Structure
- π° Deposit: 20% to secure booking
- π° Balance: Cash upon arrival
- π° Transfer fees: Guest responsibility

π Prices are generally fixed; however, the Organizer reserves the right to adjust prices in response to changes in service charges or exchange rates.
Cancellation Policy
4.1. Guests must inform the Organizer as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.
4.2. In case of cancellation by the guest, Panorama Guesthouse will retain the non-refundable deposit of 30% paid at the time of booking.
More than 30 Days
4.3. If the guest cancels more than 30 days before arrival:
- β’ Refund additional payments made
- β’ Minus bank charges/fees
- β’ 30% deposit retained
Less than 30 Days
4.4. If the guest cancels less than 30 days before arrival:
- β’ Full amount retained
- β’ No refunds issued
Additional Policies
- 4.5. No refunds will be issued for early checkouts or no-shows.
- 4.6. In the event of cancellation by the Organizer due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, a full refund will be provided.

Transfers (Airport/Bus Station)
5.1. Transfers may involve waiting for other guests arriving on different flights or buses. The maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes.
5.2. Transfers from Agadir Airport or Agadir Bus Station are included in the package for stays of seven nights or longer.

β° Please be patient as transfers may involve coordinating with multiple guest arrivals.
Insurance
6.1. Adequate travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. It must cover personal needs, including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation, medical expenses, and repatriation in the event of an accident or illness.
6.2. The Organizer is not liable for any losses incurred if a guest chooses to travel without adequate insurance. No refunds will be issued for missed activities due to lack of coverage.
6.3. The Organizer is not responsible for theft or damage to persons or belongings during the stay. Guests are liable for any damage caused to equipment or property belonging to the Organizer.

π¨ Travel insurance is MANDATORY. No refunds for missed activities due to inadequate coverage.
Surf Lessons & Surf Guiding
7.1. The Organizer guides guests to various surf spots and provides condition updates, but participation is at the guest's own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, accident, or death.
7.2. Surf packages do not include instruction or professional coaching. Guests must be capable of handling themselves in the water. Surf guides will suggest suitable spots based on conditions, but each guest is responsible for assessing their own skill level and safety.

Upgrades & Excursions
8.1. No discounts will be offered if a guest chooses to join an excursion instead of attending surf lessons, yoga sessions, or other activities provided by the Organizer.
8.2. Refunds for upgrades or excursions will only be given if the Organizer is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met. The decision to run an upgrade or excursion is at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

Choosing external excursions over included activities does not entitle you to any refund or discount.

Photos & Videos
9.1. Photos and videos may be taken during your stay at Panorama Guesthouse. This material may be used for promotional and commercial purposes.
9.2. If you do not consent to the use of your image or videos, please inform the Organizer in advance.
