1 / Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all stays booked with Panorama Guesthouse (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

"Panorama Guesthouse" is the official brand and trading name of the business. All bookings and purchases made under this name are considered transactions with Panorama Guesthouse.

2 / Registration & Booking

2.1 — Bookings can be made online via our website, Instagram, or by email.
2.2 — By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.3 — Your booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from the Organizer.

3 / Payment Terms

3.1 — A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival.
3.2 — Accepted currencies: Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), and Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
3.3 — Prices are listed in EUR and may vary with exchange rates or service charge adjustments.

4 / Cancellation

4.1 — Notify the Organizer immediately in case of cancellation.
4.2 — Deposits (30%) are non-refundable.
4.3 — Cancellations made over 30 days before arrival: full refund (minus bank fees).
4.4 — Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival: full payment retained.
4.5 — No refunds for early departures or no-shows.
4.6 — If Panorama cancels due to minimum participant requirements not being met, a full refund will be issued.

5 / Transfers (Airport & Bus Station)

5.1 — Transfer services may include a short wait for other guests (max 60 minutes).
5.2 — Complimentary transfers are available for stays of seven nights or more from Agadir Airport or Bus Station.

6 / Insurance

6.1 — Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. It must include medical, cancellation, and repatriation coverage.
6.2 — The Organizer is not liable for losses resulting from lack of insurance coverage.
6.3 — The Organizer is not responsible for theft or damage. Guests are liable for damage to property or equipment.

7 / Surf Lessons & Surf Guiding

7.1 — Participation in surf guiding is at the guest’s own risk. The Organizer is not liable for injury, accident, or death.
7.2 — Surf packages include guidance only. Guests must assess their own ability and safety before entering the water.

8 / Upgrades & Excursions

8.1 — No discounts will apply if a guest chooses an excursion instead of scheduled lessons or activities.
8.2 — Refunds for upgrades or excursions are only provided if canceled by the Organizer or due to insufficient participants.

9 / Photos & Videos

9.1 — Photos and videos taken during your stay may be used for promotional purposes.
9.2 — Guests who do not wish to appear in photos or videos must inform the Organizer in advance.
